The Laval Biotechnology Development Centre (LBDC) is a 12,000 m2 multi-tenant complex devoted exclusively to biotech firms.

The building’s infrastructure meets the air and water quality standards and low vibration rates required for biotechnology activities. The LBDC is accessible day and night, with security assured by swipe card system and camera surveillance.

Tenants have access to specialized equipment at the LBDC, and thanks to underground walkways can also make use of the equipment and facilities of the INRS-Armand-Frappier Institute and its Experimental Biology Centre.

The LBDC is the only building in Montreal eligible for the provincial BDC tax program.
